Having witnessed the “DOT COM BUBBLE BURST” Fortune Direct® has strengthened its processes and portfolio to remain relevant, sustainable and competitive in the current COVID 19 scenario in which WFH (Work from Home) is going to be the “New Normal”.

Our Staff is well equipped and trained to WFH as “customer support” is the mainstay of an IT company. We are providing 24×7 support to our customers even in these difficult extraordinary circumstances. This becomes even more essential for our internal processes also because besides developing and creating masterpiece websites and ecommerce portals for our clients we have an in-house portal inventory to maintain and service. We have around 11 verticals as of 2020 with an ever-growing portfolio in the future.

Our more than a decade long presence in this field has made us resilient to the ever changing day to day realities. We have freelance associates, trainers, professionals in all our current verticals who ensure “work does not stop” and we are thankful to have played a small part in being the primary source of income for some in these times.
